Cancellation Policy
Payment Process: Full payment is required to book your session. Please complete your payment through our secure online booking system using Stripe. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Life happens, and I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 before your session to avoid charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be honored with a full refund or no additional rescheduling fee. Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, I charge a 50% fee to cover the reserved time slot. The remainder of your payment will be refunded. No-Show Policy: Missing your scheduled session without prior notification will result in a forfeiture of your session fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to the session, we'll still have to end at the scheduled time. This ensures that subsequent sessions for other clients are not delayed.
